The View From DUMBO - Tom Otterness

April 15th between Washington and Prospect streets near the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, Tom Otterness’s ‘Large Covered Wagon’ will be on display to the general public bringing our collective total to eleven Otterness sculptures that have graced the New York public art landscape since 1992.
